We’re excited to add to our language learning and exploration tools Parts of Speech. Parts of Speech uses an innovative technique to display how words are used in sentences. Simply type a sentence and Parts of Speech figures out how the words are used, as you type! Discover more about those words by clicking on them. Customize the color linked to a part of speech through the available Legend Panel. Want to know the definition of the word for how it’s used in the sentence? No problem! Simply click on the word and the definition link. Parts of Speech directs you to the free online dictionary Wiktionary.org. Not only does it direct you to the word, but it also (for English) jumps you right to the part of speech for that word. There’s no need to guess! Parts of Speech does it for you. Parts of Speech uses a color-coded display to discover nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, and a whole assortment of parts of speech. Use the Legend Panel to easily display all the colors. Customize colors to your liking! This is a great way to explore and learn how words are used in sentences. Great for kids learning grammar or adults learning a language!
